Terms and Conditions – Hotel Gran Ivan Varna

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Hotel Gran Ivan and its guests regarding the services provided.

1. BOOKING CONDITIONS

1.1. You can book Hotel Gran Ivan in one of the following ways:

through the booking form on our website

in person at the hotel

1.2. After we receive and process your request, we will contact you to confirm availability.

1.3. You will receive a booking confirmation at the email address you provided. It states the type and number of rooms booked, the arrival and departure dates, the number of guests and the amount due. Please read it carefully and contact us if anything needs to be corrected.

Payment, cancellation and shortening of stay

– Bookings can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to two days before the arrival date. For later cancellations, a fee equal to the price of the first night is charged.

– If you wish to shorten your stay without a fee, please let us know at least 24 hours before the new departure date.

– In case of NO SHOW, the guest owes a fee equal to the whole booked stay.

1.4. By making a booking at Hotel Gran Ivan, the guest confirms that they have read and accept these terms and conditions.

2. CANCELLATION

2.1. You can cancel your booking in one of the following ways:

2.2. If a confirmed booking is cancelled 2 (two) or more days before the arrival date, no fee is charged.

2.3. If a confirmed booking is cancelled less than 2 (two) days before the arrival date, or in case of no show on the arrival day, a fee equal to the first night of each booked room is charged.

3. CHECK-IN CONDITIONS

3.1. Check-in and check-out times:

Check-in: from 14:00.

Check-out: until 11:00.

Direct booking bonus: guests who book on hotelgranivan.com get free early check-in from 11:00 (subject to availability) or late check-out until 14:00. Early check-in from 08:30 is possible for an extra €25, subject to room availability.

Late check-out, when possible and agreed in advance with the reception, is charged as follows:

check-out until 16:00 – a fee according to the late check-out price list
check-out after 16:00 – 100% of the price of one night

3.2. Bookings are held until 24:00 on the arrival day.

3.3. Children up to 3 years stay free of charge.

3.4. Pets are not allowed.

3.5. Guests must present an identity document at check-in. The data you provide is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable regulations and is processed only for the purposes required by the Tourism Act. It is used only in connection with your booking and is not shared for any other purpose.

4. PRICES

4.1. Room prices at Hotel Gran Ivan are published on the hotel’s official website: Prices.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

5.1. In cash at the hotel.

5.2. By debit or credit card at the hotel.

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

6.1. Hotel Gran Ivan undertakes to provide guests with all services they have booked and paid for.

6.2. Amounts paid for services that are not used, fully or partly, through the guest’s fault are not refunded.

6.3. All prices on the hotel’s website and in the hotel’s emails include VAT and tourist tax.

6.4. Additional services are not included in the final price and are paid separately.

6.5. Hotel Gran Ivan is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking in public places is prohibited by national law, so in case of a breach the hotel may charge a fee of €50 without prior notice.

6.6. Guests agree to follow the generally accepted rules of good behaviour during their stay. All costs for damage to hotel property are paid by the persons who caused it.
