What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in from 08:30 is available for €25, subject to room availability.

Is the reception open 24 hours?

Yes, our reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Is the hotel locked at night?

Between 00:00 and 06:00 the front door may be locked. Just knock – the receptionist will open it for you right away.

Can I pay by card?

Yes, we accept debit and credit cards, as well as cash and bank transfer.

Is the hotel suitable for guests with disabilities or wheelchair users?

Unfortunately, Hotel Gran Ivan is not suitable for wheelchair users.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel or change your stay free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. Later cancellations are charged the first night; no-shows are charged the full stay.

How much is breakfast?

Breakfast is not included in the room rate and costs €6 per person.

Is there parking?

Yes, the hotel has parking for up to 5 cars at €10 per night. Advance reservation of the parking space is required. If the car park is full, you can park in Varna’s Green Zone – the fee can be paid at reception or by yourself. Another option is parking at one of our other hotels in Varna – Hotel Color, Hotel Victoria or Hotel Ellinis (large free car park), where you can also stay if you wish.

Do you accept pets?

No, pets are not allowed.

Is smoking allowed?

No, Hotel Gran Ivan is a non-smoking hotel.

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available for all guests.

Where is the hotel located?

At 28 Ovcho Pole St., Varna – on a quiet street right next to Varna Central Bus Station and close to Grand Mall Varna.

How far is Varna Airport?

Varna Airport is about 6 km from the hotel. We can arrange a taxi or transfer on request.

Is there a bar at the hotel?

Yes, the lobby bar “Amor” is perfect for a morning coffee, a glass of wine in the evening or a quiet business meeting.
